Great until the usb gets damaged
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you buy this make sure you buy the protection plan. The usb dongle sticks out a good 1/2 inch and gets caught on everything. And Microsoft doesn't have replacement USB dongles, you have to buy a whole new one. Save yourself the money and buy a Logitech keyboard and mouse

Keys stick and stops responding
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This keyboard had great reviews online so i purchased it. It worked great for the first few weeks. Now the keys stick causing major issues and then stops responding at all till you pull out the receiver and reinsert. The delete key sticks deleting tons of emails at a time and anything else after you hit the delete key. The sticking is not limited to the delete key as I had thought and tried to deal with it. now keys stick at random making a word about 3 paragraphs long till you can back up to the original word unless the backspace sticks then you end having to retype everything.

Didn’t like it
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I didn’t like the numbers pad being separate form the keyboard. The numbers pad is flat, while the keyboard is lift. Not for people who use their number keys regularly throughout the work day. Also didn’t like how the keypad raised. The item in the box to raise the keyboard does not attach to the keyboard. Since that item does not attach to the keyboard, the keyboard can easily shift and fall off. Returned after a few hours of use.

Loved the set until left-click stops work
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this set highly recommended. I loved the whole set and the keyboard pretty much saved my arm. However, the left click of the mouse just stops working after 1.5 years of service even though it's still under the 3-year manufacturer warranty. Microsoft has no support for PC accessories and it sends you to an infinite loop until you give up looking for warranty claim. Stay away from it unless you enjoy throwing away $120 dollars every 2~3 years.

Ok, not worth the price.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The mouse is heavy and ok comfort wise.. cheaper mouses are lighter..The Keyboard is comfortable but not super responsive as my mechanical keyboard

Disappointed. Waste of money.
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really like this set up but the connection is horrible. It goes in and out, is very laggy and I am constantly having to take out and re-enter the dongle.

Overpriced
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This product is somewhat overpriced for the build quality. Make sure you are able to adjust your typing if you buy an ergonomic keyboard as well. There are much cheaper keyboards for the money with comparable quality.

Keyboard get hanged up
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this back in January 2021 and started using it in September 2021. It get hanged up, I thought there is a batteries issues, which I changed, but it does again and again. I was not sure to whom to ask, but writing here, may be if they will provide any help. so I used it only for few days. Because it hanged up again and again even if you remove the batteries and put them again. It become really a big frustration for me.

Extremely frustrated
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This product stopped working less than 90 days after I purchased it. I had previously had two of these exact same items that each worked well for several years so invested in the same product. I'm extremely frustrated it stopped working and is no longer returnable. I have been trying to reach a real person to speak to at Best Buy about it for various periods of hold on the telephone for 5 days since it stopped working and have gotten nowhere but wasted my time.

Requires using a USB dongle
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This product is not labeled very well and the instructions in box are make IKEA look great. The only way to use this product is with the USB key in hidden in the mouse. If you looked in the box at the keyboard and keypad they look like normal bluetooth devices. The secret is to flip the box top over, see how to remove the cover on the mouse and there is the key. If you have a Microsoft Surface Go, with no USB port only USB-C, it is useless. Returning it

don't bend your USB
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. You cannot buy a replacement for the USB drive, so I have a perfectly good keyboard that is useless, I bought a Logitech, if there are issues with the USB, it can be replaced!!!

Most expensive pieace of trash I own
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.absolute trash! And Best Buy's return policy is poop so I can't return the $100 keyboard that broke within a couple of months after purchase. Of Course. Stay away from this garbage, the keys feel like crap and don't last more than a month, please excuse the excessive spaces in my text...that's the spacebar on this keyboard sticking. Just one of several reasons to stay away from this product.

Will take getting used to
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Keyboard separates keys so a letter your used to typing using one hand now requires use of the other hand which makes typing on this keyboard awkward.

USB Dongle Design Failure
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After month and half, the usb dongle failed. Unfortunately, Best Buy was unable to assist and directed me to MS Warranty. Shipping whole keyboard set back for a replacement. I think this is a design flaw. This was second set I had purchased to use at home. The set i have been using for about a year and half has worked well except for glitch in number pad that makes it stop functioning periodically. However that is rarely used.

great product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a nice upgrade for ergonomics. The keyboard is small and once my fingers and brain were retrained to use it (what a terrible two weeks) I will never go back to my older model and hope that they continue to make this for a long time! I type for more than 6 hours every day and have no numbness or fatigue symptoms in my hands and arms, which I attribute to the design of the keyboard. The mouse also has a learning curve, but now that I have mastered it, it is very comfortable to use. The separate keypad is good, if I'm only doing 10 key entry it is easy to position to somewhere comfortable, and if I only need occasional use I can put it anywhere on my desk. Again it is a learning curve but once mastered, everything is coming up roses. The only drawback to the whole bundle is the fact that the keypad uses a button-type lithium ion battery, which is an oddball large size and not carried too many places (although I did find an internet supply) and the battery fails literally after 30 days of use. I do turn off the computer at night so the components should all not be broadcasting to each other, but the keypad goes totally dead after 30 days. Make sure you have a supply of batteries on hand or you will not be 10-keying anything after that time period. The function keys on the keyboard are also quite small and tend to stick, making the keyboard act strangely, but since I am aware that it is an issue, I check that first thing when I notice any peculiar behavior. Overall, the bundle is great, the only thing holding me back from a 5 star review is the battery issue on the keypad!!
