very cheap quality and the keys don't register sometimes. It's not worth it for its price.

    Microsoft Sculpt is Not Recommended

I liked the keyboard and key pad. I LOVED the mouse! The problem with this product is the USB wireless connection - if it fails (mine failed) then the entire set of devices are electronic waste. I contacted Microsoft and could not get through to them.

this was an open box purchase. It was listed as all accessories and no damage. It arrived with one of they keys floating around in the box and it wouldn't stay on the keyboard. It was also missing the USB sending unit dongle. that made the whole unit worthless. I had to pay $12.00 to ship it back. I learned a big lesson. Im very unhappy with the purchase.

keyboard keeps disconnecting after 41 days

the mouse and keypad are great but the keyboard keeps disconnecting. the battery then has to be removed and replaced and it will work for a minute of so and disconnect. It is not the batteries. I have another keyboard just like it that has worked for over a year however. Microsoft has no location listed to apply for an RMA or send it in for RMA. I may have just gotten a bad one, it was an open box in excellent condition

the keyboard is a bit quirky if you are not used to the split design, the mouse, once you use it a few times is a pleasure to use

    Poor Quality

Wonderful in terms of ergo, but poor quality built. Mouse gets stuck when I click and have to hit it hard to click; random click happens then, which is frustrating. The area for wrist on keyboard changes color from black to white in some areas even I clean it with a damp cloth. Moreover, it disconnects from my Surfacebook very often. Not happy after one year use!

Wasn’t for me. I couldn’t get over the “6” being on the left side when you are taught to use your right hand. Also, I didn’t find the wrist support to be what I personally needed. Unfortunately, I missed the return window.

The numeric numeric keypad stopped working in less than a month. I like the keyboard and paid way too much for something thst just does not work. Had to change batteries on keyboard in less than a week after purchase. Works fine now no problem, keypad just doesnt work at all even after replacing the funky battery size. Taking this back to store. Not worth the price....sad

    LOVE THIS KEYBOARD!

I had to replace my previous Microsoft ergonomic keyboard (4000 model). I thought I would trade up, spend a few more $$ and get the Sculpt wireless ergonomic keyboard and mouse. LOVE IT! Minimal adjustment time. Key placement is slightly different with the detached number pad. Great functionality. It is smaller than the 4000 and makes it easy to customize my workspace. I would highly recommend this product!!

I am giving this keyboard a low rating because it just didn't work for me. It was too uncomfortable for my use. I had originally thought it would be perfect for me but was mistaken. I think it would work great with a PC.

I paid for a new product but got a used one. The battery seals on both the keyboard and mouse are broken. There are scratches at the bottom of the mouse and finger prints on the keyboard. Contacted the customer service the same day but not useful.

The keyboard itself is a beautiful design but the mouse, awkward and bulky looking. This wouldn't be a problem if not for the fact that the USB dongle is causing mysterious blue screen of death crashes on my Windows 10 machine. You would think for $100, it'd be a bit more reliable....
