    I'm not fond of proprietary charges such as this. However this charger is much more efficient than the 65w that came with my Surface Book.

    I bought an open box product. It was missing the power cord for the adapter. Because I already had one, I did not take it back.

    It’s definitely more solidly built than the original that came in the box with the surface. Hopefully this lasts longer than the original which didn’t last 6 months.

    I have a Surface Pro 6 and my power supply was a Microsoft Surface 45W. I spoke with Microsoft customer support to see if the 127W was safe to use and they said yes. Works great. The store did not have it in stock but they shipped it and I got it within a few days.

    This charger works incredibly well. There is a noticeable difference in charge time with this charger as compared to other surface chargers.

    You have to take care with the cable. I didn't. It broke and I had to buy a new one. I found it quickly in a bestbuy store.

    I had to get a replacement cord for my Microsoft Surface device. I was able to order a new one and receive it before I reached 0% energy. Thank goodness! I use this computer every day and was so grateful for the ease of getting a replacement power supply.
