Nice but not durable long term

But the connectors are weak and after a year or so, I typically have to buy a replacement.

Didn't work.

Since I owned an additional charger, I was able to immediately rule out any problem with the computer and isolate the non-functioning to the charger. This was a great disappointment since our computers need chargers to perform.

Counterfeit Microsoft Charger

I tried looking into getting it replaced, only to find out it was a counterfeit product. It’s not even a real Microsoft charger! It has no security sticker on it!
