Proprietary hardware is awful

Its cords are very easily damaged and VERY appealing to my cat for chewing. Wrapping washi tape around the cords helped a little, but the fragility of the cords meant that was still only a temporary fix. These are VERY expensive for something you'll have to replace that often.
