Exactly what I expected. I didn’t expect my charger to go out, but glad this was available.

Bought this as a second charger for work. Been using it for well over a year with no problems at all. It’s an authentic Microsoft product so go for it.

My dear wife lost her power cord for her Surface! Of course my first thought was to look at Best Buy! They had it and were great to make sure I got the right one for her Surface model!

It's a power supply. You plug it into the wall and then into your device. Amazing, you have power! Not sure what else to say really.

I bought this to replace the original that stopped charging. The transformer died. The transformer on this one is part of the plug so it doesn’t bang on the floor all the time

This item worked great on one of our surface pro but would not connect on the one we bought it for. Fortunately we were able to use factory cord for one and this product for another one

This was an important item i needed to use my tablet. It works perfectly.

It works just like the one that comes from Microsoft. I can't tell them apart. I wish the cord looked like it was tougher. Why do they have go cost so much ?

I left the charging cord in a wall somewhere....Rather than take a chance with an off brand on amazon I decided to spend the money on the original Microsoft charger. Cord works as intended.

Works really well Keeps my laptop charged for at least a few days without it plugged in
