It helped me out in a pinch at work but it was expensive and it charges very slowly. Not great but it serves it’s purpose.

Low speed charger, take to long to be fully charged and to turn on when computer is without battery

I mean what can you really say it works. It is over priced for what it is but if you need it then you need it.

I take my computer with me and it was just easier to buy an extra power cord for travel as well.

not the best design, when they seem to easily break. i did buy a open box the first time.

Was sold the wrong one for my computer, so I had to return it. I am sure the product is good, however my computer told me it was the wrong one when i attached. The person that sold it to me was very new and just probably needed some guidance from a more experienced person.

It works the only downfall was after 5 months it gave out now I have to buy another one.

This cord is better to travel with then the original one since it packs up smaller.

DON'T buy it! It killed my new Microsoft Surface laptop within just a few weeks. This is not the charger for surface, it'll eat up your battery and cause a bad charge. HORRIBLE

In good condition,decent still a bit pricy overall will get job done.

It didn’t last long and didn’t charge fast but it is only 24V. I currently don’t even use this charger anymore because it didn’t last long at all. I mean it works but if you want to compare it to the original it doesn’t compare!

Had to return this as the charging speed was extremely slow

Works well charges slower than charger that comes with tablet.

i am giving 1 star because shipping was great and timely however, it doesnt charge my surface even though its same exact wattage. I tried several times. it starts for a sec and then it stops, my original charger has no problem charging. I am returning. wanted to have a spare but not worth the hassal

Good back up charger for travel. Slow to charge you're working on your computer.

This charger is slow. My computer even tells me to use the original one which is faster. Now, I wouldn’t have bought a new one if I knew what happened to my original one.
