Bought it as a replacement for my OEM Power supply, first the description is wrong, there is no USB to power another device. While cheap, I could not use it with the surface powered on, only charged when it was off. Not enough juice so buy the 44W Version unless you only want something to charge your device when it is off.

I picked this up on a vacation this year. It’s been great for us and makes our travel much easier than unplugging cables from the back of TV since it is a secondary cord for us.

Works to charge my Surface but watts are low so it takes 6 hours for a full charge.

Had to replace the power supply for my surface. What choice did I have.

I've only had this for a month before it started malfunctioning. It only charges my device when it's powered off, and as soon as I turn my Surface on, the charger stops working. I continue to use it for now, but it's frustrating that I can't use my Surface while it's charging.

Worst product ever. Will only charge when the computer is shut off. If you are using the computer while plugged in, the battery continues to drain.

Worked great until it didn't. Bought it in the middle of September and died in the beginning of June. Should last longer for as much as I paid

Just like the charger that cane with the Go Pro, works the same as the original one.

Bought this for my daughter since she forgot hers at home. Come to find out that it take FOREVER to charge. Could not use the surface while charging with this at all. Its only good for maybe overnight charging and that is it. Definitely do not recommend this to anyone at all. need to be at least 50W to 100W charger because 24W is not enough for the Surface Pro 9.

Very poor charging time. It will take hours to fully charge if I am using laptop while it is charging.

slow charging for the surface pro. Should have mentioned in the prodcut description on which models it would charge faster.

Genuine MS part but sooooooo slow. Best for leaving plugged in or overnite. NOT a “rescue” or on-the-go charger by far. Spend the extra on the full speed or go off brand.

Did not last 3 months! such a bogus product from Microsoft. Never thought that this company is worse than local brands. Even no option of returning and no clear information about warranty reimbursement or replacement.

prefer the original model this one does not have usb port and is not detachable less power

I bought two chargers to be shipped toto my home. One arrived and the other one I was expected to pick up at the store. When I complained the second one was shipped and I was charged double. Also, despite the fact that your website shows these should be for a Surface neither fits my Surface. Lies, lies and more lies. Shame on me for dealing with you guys again after the crap I went through when I bought my Surface.

Still having problems when I connect to the tablet

Ridiculously over priced and not even the standard charger, beyond slow on new models.

I go through one of these chargers every few months. They don’t last and break easily. However, it does charge my laptop which is important. Also expensive for what you get.
