I bought two chargers to be shipped toto my home. One arrived and the other one I was expected to pick up at the store. When I complained the second one was shipped and I was charged double. Also, despite the fact that your website shows these should be for a Surface neither fits my Surface. Lies, lies and more lies. Shame on me for dealing with you guys again after the crap I went through when I bought my Surface.

Did not last 3 months! such a bogus product from Microsoft. Never thought that this company is worse than local brands. Even no option of returning and no clear information about warranty reimbursement or replacement.

Genuine MS part but sooooooo slow. Best for leaving plugged in or overnite. NOT a “rescue” or on-the-go charger by far. Spend the extra on the full speed or go off brand.

Still having problems when I connect to the tablet

Ridiculously over priced and not even the standard charger, beyond slow on new models.

Stops charging when the device is turned on. I had to cut up my new charger and wire to an old laptop charger to actually have it work functionally. Do not purchase this charger if you actually plan on using your device.

So I got it and it did and didn't work. Person at Best buy said it was what I needed, but when I actually tried to use it didn't work as expected. Once I went to the Geek Squad, I was informed it wasn't what I needed, the 24W was not enough and that I needed to get the other one. I wasn't very pleased with the experience.

Great backup charger, 4 hours for my surface book 6 and way cheaper.

This did not work at all for my surface pro. I needed it for a business trip because I left my charger at home, complete waste of money. The charging light only stayed on for a few seconds. So if you have a surface pro, I wouldn’t recommend buying this product

This charger is very good. It works very well with my other devices

I go through one of these chargers every few months. They don’t last and break easily. However, it does charge my laptop which is important. Also expensive for what you get.

Bought for my Microsoft Surface pro. It worked for a couple weeks fine. Then all of a sudden stopped working. Come to find out I need a 65w! Thanks GEEK SQUAD!

I was told when I went in the store that they did not carry this cord when I went back home and looked online they said they had four in the store so I had to go back to the store and prove to them that they had the item I was looking for

0 Stars. Doesn't charge with the laptop plugged in and the lid closed. Didn't charge plugged in, with the laptop turned off. Best Buy still hasn't processed my return since I dropped it off with Customer Service.

Horrible. The product is so bad and the material is horrible and the price for it is way too expensive when better ones can be purchased elsewhere that are nicer, better quality and less expensive.

This product had a short when we received it. I didn't bother returning it because it helped me make a decision on my next computer. I am really disappointed with the defective chargers that I have experienced with the Surface.

Didn’t work at all, laptop would not charge, threw away the box so I could not return.

It did not work well at all. I got it for Christmas so it was to late to return the defective item. It took forever to charge his note.

This only works for the surface go but came up in the search results for Surface Pro. Ran out and grabbed for the COO and she went straight to the airport with a charger that didnt work
