The power adapter has been great. I got this Microsoft Power Adapter as an open box which was affordable and it was been working fine.

New one piece design is smaller and easier to carry. It works well.

Much lighter and easier to lug around than the power which came with my Surface X Pro. It doesn't have the extra USB charging port like the other one has but not an issue for me.

Small enough to carry in purse. I take it everywhere with me only thing is its not powerful enough to keep a microsoft laptop charged.

Loved that it was just a one-piece charger and that it cost way less than the other. I'm on my fourth charger in two years, though. Microsoft should get its act together.

Standard product from Microsoft. It says only works with smaller Microsoft surface but it’s not true. I have the larger one with a lot of memory. It works. It just takes longer to fully charge. This one is good for traveling and when you don’t want to bring the larger power pack.

Designed for surface, works perfect. Hopefully it lasts longer than the original.

When my wife and I went to Hawaii last year, I brought my Surface Pro 4 tablet but I left the power supply at home. Fortunately I was able to pick this up at the BestBuy in Honolulu. I was so grateful that the BestBuy staff were able to help me. The Surface 24W Power Supply is now a great backup, that I can leave one at work and home.

Perfect condition and works like a charm! It is a little bit longer than the original charger for the Go2 so I loove the updated version. Definitely recommend!

I am not one to spend money largely if i can find a cheaper option somewhere else, but with this, I don't think it be worth cheaping out on. Loving the charger, works great.

Purchased this item in order to have a spare power supply for my Surface Go tablet. It works very well and is quite compact. The only feature I wish it had was a USB charging port, like the power supply for my Surface Pro. It was nice to be able to charge my phone while working on my Surface Pro, but this power supply doesn't provide that option.

Charges the computer as a charger should. I don't run off battery that much, so this just keeps it charged.

Works as well as the original . Having trouble getting my old cord to stay plugged in, this one does fine.

Surfaces are my faves I still have my old surface computer that nobody seems to be able to fixe but I still keep it just for memories
