Loved that it was just a one-piece charger and that it cost way less than the other. I'm on my fourth charger in two years, though. Microsoft should get its act together.

Works as expected. Corn is lomg enoigh and charges super fast.

When my wife and I went to Hawaii last year, I brought my Surface Pro 4 tablet but I left the power supply at home. Fortunately I was able to pick this up at the BestBuy in Honolulu. I was so grateful that the BestBuy staff were able to help me. The Surface 24W Power Supply is now a great backup, that I can leave one at work and home.

Small enough to carry in purse. I take it everywhere with me only thing is its not powerful enough to keep a microsoft laptop charged.

Purchased this item in order to have a spare power supply for my Surface Go tablet. It works very well and is quite compact. The only feature I wish it had was a USB charging port, like the power supply for my Surface Pro. It was nice to be able to charge my phone while working on my Surface Pro, but this power supply doesn't provide that option.

Perfect condition and works like a charm! It is a little bit longer than the original charger for the Go2 so I loove the updated version. Definitely recommend!

I am not one to spend money largely if i can find a cheaper option somewhere else, but with this, I don't think it be worth cheaping out on. Loving the charger, works great.

This definitely works for all computers. It took me a few tries but this was the one!

I find the price a bit high and the design annoyingly slides out of the port if I move it around while charging. But otherwise I haven't had any problems and it charges my laptop pretty quickly.

Charges the computer as a charger should. I don't run off battery that much, so this just keeps it charged.

Works perfect with my surface 3 for a great open box price for travel. Even though it was different than picture.
