My mouse stops working when plugged in to this charger

I purchased a non Dell item because BB was sold out. The charger Will not stay plugged into my surface

Did not charge My laptop properly/fully. Disappointed all the way

Did I mention it's slow Worst charger ever Its staying in my office, too slow for taking with me

U fortunately the cord I bought was defective with the COVID-19 I’ve been unable to return it..

WAY overpriced compared to same product on Amazon and other interent sources

This was bought as a replacement. The last one had a huge block connector in the middle of the cord. This made it diffcult to use as the weight of the block would cause my laptop to slide and eveb faling to the floor. The guy who helped me knew exactky what i needed and i was in and out the store in under 10minutes.

I had this for 8 months and it died - seems like I got a defective one? But I don't see a return/replace option, so I had to buy the same thing again...which is frustrating

I was out of town and out of state and needed a replacement cord. I found the replacement cord at Best Buy with ease. So grateful it was available, affordable and functional. It continues to provide me with the expected outcome - a fully charged and operable laptop.

This is the original charger for the Surface Go. Unfortunately, just like the original, it does not have an extra USB port to charge another device at the same time. Due to this, the description for the device is inaccurate. Aside from this, the charger works as intended.

The cord is shorter than my previous charger, but the charger works great!

I am so happy that I was able to order it and picked it up. I love that I called the store and got went through a customer service representative and he was awesome and helped me figure out which one I needed. He stayed on the phone with me through the whole thing!! Love that I can call and there is help available no matter which way I want to purchase and have the help that I needed!!
