The power adapter has been great. I got this Microsoft Power Adapter as an open box which was affordable and it was been working fine.

For a computer you don’t plan on working from/using for extended periods of time it’s a great purchase. If your are hoping to extend the hour per use by charging while computer is in use (not really recommended) this is not the charger for you. Depending on the activity you are trying to preform the computer can deplete the battery faster then the charger can charge it.

My wife and I went on a trip and had left the charger for her computer at home. We were apprehensive at first thinking we would have to pay a lot of money to get a replacement charger. We are very happy that Best Buy had this one at a great price.

worked great and had no issues charging my 1st surface pro laptop. Fortunately I found my original power cord I thought I lost and returned this one, but that's only cause I was pinching pennies at the time.

I wanted an extra power cord/charger to keep in the car. I now do not have to take my home power cord with me when I travel. I like the power cord because of its long length and ease to connect with my Surface.

It worked exactly as I expected. I thought it wouldn't because of it's capacity, so i was making plans to buy a bigger one. However, this one works great and needs no replacement.

Great product. Was told it has less speed than the higher priced charger yet speed is plenty quick for my needs. I recommend it to anyone looking to save a few bucks.
