Travelled to Chicago and forgot the power cord. Thankfully Best Buy was nearby and had the cable. Would have been hard to show the PowerPoint presentation without a bit of electricity!

I was so happy to know that these wall chargers were sold in the store. Great product. Lasts a long time with proper usage and care.

These seem to die very quickly. I've now gone through two wall chargers within the past year so I'm not sure what the deal is. They're also extremely expensive for what they are...but it is what it is.

I forgot my charger at home while on vacation and I knew I could pick one up at Best Buy. I buy all my consumer tech from Best Buy.

My charger to my surface pro developed a short and I needed it in a hurry and luckily Best Buy had it. It's expensive as all get out but what can you do? I need it for my job!

Remember to ask for the wall charger when you buy a Surface. Unlike IPad the wall charger is not included. In fact nothing is included with the basic tablet. I had to buy a cover, a keyboard, a wall charger and a stylus separately. It's the Microsoft way, sadly.

I bought an extra charger so that I could have one at home and one in my office. It is very convenient and works as expected! I never have to worry about my laptop running out of charge.

It does what it should, but is honestly overpriced in my opinion. Microsoft kind of has you against the wall with these dongles. You have no choice, but for a business user they are a must, so......

As titled, the product works exactly as advertised on my Surface Pro 4 and is, for all purposes, OEM. That said, things don't always work that way, so nice to know...

Works great for my surface pro. I love that theres a seperate usb port to charge additional device in the charging block.

WARNING! This is listed as a charger for the Surface books, However it is not powerful enough to keep the surface books charged when you are gaming or doing any significant activities on the computer. it is only a 65 watt and surface books need the larger 102w. Very upset because now I have to waste time returning it and ordering another. It will plug in and charge but it is not the right one. You will become real annoyed when your computer has issues and mini freezes when this charger fails to deliver enough power when gaming. Just be warned

Needed a way to have a plug with me at all times without unplugging at the office. This did the trick. Basically it is the OEM charger you get out of the box with the Surface 4..

Great replacement power source. I ended up having to clean the connector in the computer, so you might check that you don't need to clean with an air pulse before you buy.

Good price and many merchandise. Good variety of products.
