This charger has had so many issues with the magnetic charge that cause it to sometimes charge and sometimes not. I thought a surface would be a good purchase I could have for a long time, however because of this charging mechanism, mine only lasted 1.5 years before having issues charging.

Only reason I had to buy a new is that my cat has an issue and enjoys biting cords. This one seems like it could be cheaper. But, it is very costly.

Working great for now... Bought to replace an old charger that died... The old charger was another brand ... Hoping this one last longer than it did...

I wish they didn't use a proprietary charger as this is the third one I've bought as I travel often and have a habit of leaving the charger at home.

Best Buy was the only store to have this charger available in store to purchase immediately! It's made well and charges the tablet easily.

I have purchased 4 chargers for my microsoft pro. most recently I purchased one from store on 6/21/2021 . It noticed it stopped working 9/18/2021. the microsoft pro is excellent but these chargers are awful and cost 76 bucks a pop not to mention the interruption in my ability to work.!!! what is the issue?
