    This is the third charger I've had to buy for the Surface Pro. The cord breaks at the input connector due to lack of built it strain relief. This is a common problem and Microsoft should build in a solution. Due to the unique connector, this is the only option. Developed our own strain relief fix (duct tape). Not pretty but it does increase the mean time between replacements.

    This is a great product, very needful product lol but the weak point seems to be near the part that goes into the device, we've had to replace it twice... thank you

    I was hoping to get a universal adapter that included surface, but I did not find one. We forgot the power adapter, and Best Buy had them in stock.
