I don't understand why the one that came with the device failed. and I had to buy the SAME ONE from the manufacture. But it does work does what I paid for

It doesn’t even remotely fit my laptop. I have yet to try to return it due to plague lockdown, but am hoping the store will refund my purchase when they reopen for normal business.

Surface Charging Cable

Worse cord ever made.
