The Surface power supply was the exact replacement that I needed. Evan (at the North Hills store) was very helpful w/ my purchase.

The cord is working perfectly. The cord is replacing the Microsoft store cord a couple of years ago. The Microsoft store cord was replacing a cord under warranty. Hopefully the Best Buy cord will last longer than 2 years.

The Surface I bought is able to everything I need it to do and then some. The service at the Spring Meadows Best Buy went above and beyond when I had to return one computer because of incompatibility issues for my work web site, then was able to get me set up completely within one day. Congrats on a great team!

Product is used daily. It is an Excellent product for me in my line of work. It is not bulky and makes it easy for travel.

Works great expensive but I needed it for work and I bought a car outlet charger also

Works well, I had an amazon charger before that did not work on my computer and this one charges fast/gets the job done.

Really good product, the last one my cat chew through abs had to get a new one and this one I think it’s anti cat chewing, because she doesn’t go near it. The GUY that help us at the store was super nice and very efficient.

This, of course, was perfect and helped saved an inte3rview I was doing for my newspaper. So now I have two wall chargers and very happy about it. Thank you Best Buy for pointing me immediately to what I needed. Respectfully, Bonnie Kogos

Works great. Too much expensive but this is the smallest wattage charger they sell now and it gets the job done

I use this as my powers source on the go. No more forgetting your power source or wondering where it got left. This one stays in my business bag while the original stays at home on the desk. This is an OEM power source, same quality as I would expect.

After my last laptop charger stopped working, I went to the store to buy a new one. I love the magnetic plug and it is easy to tell when it is charging.

Very nice black cord long and sleek and it plugs into a wall outlet nicely. The power moves through the cord Into the Microsoft surface pro and brings power and u can use it then... quite ingenious actually as 8 have before had to use genetic energy to run my laptops and that can get tiring.

It's a good product, and happy that I was able to get the product. I needed my laptop to work , it how I do my job. But it cost too much, When I went on amazon it was only 30 bucks when I spent 89 bucks for it on best buy.

My original charger stopped working after 2 years and very light usage so I replaced it with this, but it’s too expensive. Hopefully it doesn’t stop working like the original one.
