Product as ordered. My docking station power cord died so this was a good replacement until one of those is back in stock.

The product does what it's supposed to do, which is charge my somewhat old Surface. It's a 4 star rating because this shouldn't cost as much as it does.

Cord works as described. I do like and appreciate the long length of the cord. Also, the deal was sweetened when Best Buy price matched with an online retailer. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

One difference from the original charger that came with my surface pro 3 is the placement of the transformer in relation to the overall length. Overall length is the same but the cord from wall to transformer is longer and the cord from transformer to surface is shorter.

Excellent Customer Service from Staff on Sales Floor (one of the front door greeters). My Sales Associate rocked from the start during this second visit on the same day. Earlier in the day, Geek Squad did not understand what type of power supply was needed and determined it was a power port issue. Which led me on a repair goose chase to other repair places. Turned out it was indeed just the charger/power supply; no repair was needed.

A good replacement of my missing charger. This charger is worked as well as the original charger. I have been a Surface user for years, this charger is performing well on my laptop.

I purchased this one to replace one lost to an accident. It has a longer main cord than the original so it fits my needs better. This makes it even better than I anticipated.

Works as described. It's always better to buy official chargers because you never know how off brand will affect your laptop. You never want it to damage your expensive equipment.

This works very well.. hated havingbtonpay 100 bucks for it. But in the end its been working very well.

I left my charger in a different city and needed to pick up a new one as I use my Surface Pro 4 daily, and I had no issues with this charger. It is charging my PC at this moment.
