Works excellent! I needed a new charger because the one I had before did not work. Now I think my device is charged faster.

Equipment was OEM and perform excellent as a replacement for lost power cord

I recently had to replace my replacement charger which only lasted a year for my Microsoft Surface Pro because the part that connects to the pad had a crack in the wiring and would not consistently charge. This new charger is from Microsoft and seems to have thicker insulation on that wire and I am glad that i purchased the charger made by Microsoft.

Since we bought an MS charger it would work with the MS surface. And, actually, it works so all is good.

Worked great! But I think it it a bit pricey for something we need.

Quality charger. Left on a trip without my charger and Best Buy had one in stock and was able to get my work done.

Price way high compared to other chargers abd also cheaper elswhere. With your zotal membership its still way too high. And total memndrship doesnt give u much off on your purchases

This was a replacement cord for the cord I lost (there was nothing wrong with the other cord before I lost it). The cord is especially indispensable given how sucky battery life is on my SP4. The charger itself is durable, compact and stores easily. It does exactly what it's supposed to with two fairly minor quibbles. First, it seems a little pricey for a wall charger. There are non-OEM wall chargers to be had at a much lower price point elsewhere. However, as with such things: Caveat Emptor. Second, the USB port on the powerblock is incapable of charging my Google Nexus phone. Overall pleased with purchase. Just a little bummed that I lost the first wall charger.

Got this as a replacement because my original went missing. This has a higher rating so it charges faster especially with the USB port

This cord replaced a damaged cord while giving me more length. The extra length gives you more options when you need to charge while at library or coffee shop.

This product works great, I just think they are a little expensive. But what can you do? Certainly nothing Best Buy can change.

So far, so good. I purchased this because the one I received with my surface book 2 did not last very long. It stopped registering reliably with the computer. I would have to remove and reconnect numerous times and sometimes that didn’t even resolve the issue. And sometimes when it was connected it would just stop charging without my knowing. I was afraid I would get stuck in the middle of a project and not have any power left. Well, this is the same manufacturer, so I am hoping it does not have the same issues, and of course it doesn’t tell you if they fixed the issue with this charger, so who knows! Expensive, But so far, so good.

the microsoft - surface 65w power supply - black does an adequate job to power my surface laptop. this item is not a very durable and long lasting item from microsoft. it is very costly to replace but it needs to be replaced every so often. users, be very gentle with the end plug-in ( the end that plugs into the laptop) because the thin wire frays very easily and quickly, rendering it unuseable. you will then have to fork over another pile of money to replace the charger.

I bought the Wall Charger to replace mine that stopped working. IT worked great and charged faster than the original.

OEM charger from Microsoft. I saw too many cases of people getting knock-off chargers on Amazon and there was no option to buy directly from Microsoft, so I chose to order through Best Buy since it is 100% guaranteed to be legitimate. Worth the full price since a knock-off charger can easily end up costing more due to it breaking because it is so cheap or because it causes damage to your battery.

Got tired of disconnecting my charger to take home every weekend. Easier to have one at each location.
