    The staff assisted me and my grandson to the hook where charger hung. The young lady was friendly and greeted us with a big smile. She knew what we were looking for and got it for my grandson and me. At the register, the clerk was friendly, too, with a pleasing smile. She assisted me, 78 years of age, in inserting my credit card, etc. She found the Amazon price and gave us the discount. GREAT!

    Stick with the original adaptor from Microsoft, Don’t purchase that cheap Amazon adapter before you actually regret it. There been times my tablet froze. This is the reason why I went to my local Best Buy and was completely happy with it.
