Was away on business and forgot charger for Surface, this did the trick!

I bought a surface computer 2 years ago, and have had to replace the cord 3 times now. When working, the cord is wonderful. But, the cords burn up like crazy. I thought it was my computer, but the guy at Geek Squad told me that these cords are just notorious for burning up quickly and having to be replaced. If this is the case, the price needs to be lowered significantly. I love the computer, but am very irritated by the fact that I have to keep buying a new cord in order to use it.

After 3 years, my wall charger for my Microsoft surface laptop wouldn't work. I purchased a replacement at Best Buy. It didn't work and I had to schedule for Geek Squad to look at the laptop. Turns out, Best Buy sold me a bad charger. I was given another replacement charger and my problem was solved!

Works as advertised. Great purchase. Even better that it was an open box buy.

Product exact replacement for surface, but I don't like it's design.

Read a lot of the reviews and was very pleased with the outcome of my purchase. I needed another charger to leave at the office.

Works great ! Definitely would recommend . I’m not sure they carry these in store. I got lucky and found open box , tried it and it works great. If they don’t happen to have them in store , Microsoft will have them. Very satisfied and the staff are always helpful and friendly.

I'm so grateful that this cord is not only a life saver to replace but that the store had it in stock and I didn't have to order one.

Good and fast charger. The USB port has been useful being on the road so much. It's nice to have an extra port to plug into and charge my devices.
