Microsoft Surface laptop has the worst charging port design using the worst charging supply interface connector. I had altogether replaced this power supply 5 times (6 including the original charger that comes with the product) within less than 2 years, almost all the power supply did not work more than 4 months. I have lost faith in Microsoft computer products and will not advise anyone to use Surface Pro laptop or tablet due to the poor charging port and unreliable power charger design. I returned the 65W power supply due to Best Buy's poor customer service and not honoring the warranty return/exchange agreement with Microsoft. 4 months ago, I purchased a 127W Microsoft power charger from Best Buy, but the charger stops charging in about 3 months. I took it back to Best Buy and was told to call Microsoft directly for the warranty return. Three times, Microsoft customer service asked me to take the charger back to Best Buy for product return, I also checked Microsoft's accessory return policy on Microsoft's webpage, which clearly stated to bring the defective product under warranty to Best Buy to check and let Best Buy to ship the charger to Microsoft, and replacement would be sent to Best Buy for customer to pickup. I went back to Best Buy, but was refused to handle the warranty return service as stated in the online web page and per Microsoft's customer service request. Best Buy did not honor the after sale product warranty service arrangement with Microsoft, I will no longer purchase any product from Best Buy and I have communicated my experience and warned other potential customers. Altogether, I am not happy with Best Buy and I am not happy with Microsoft warranty customer support and poor product reliability.

Hi Folks, this order was at the same time as two cans of air spray paid for via crediit card. we received the charger. fine. the air cans were out of stock. never received. please refund the credit card as we were able to get the air elsewhere. thanks. Cam

Not much to say about a charger... It works. My original charger stopped working so i bought this one. Cheaper than buying a whole new laptop

There is no noticeable difference between this charger and the stock charger in regards to charging time. I have a habit of leaving my charger at conferences after I give a presentation, and am on my 3rd replacement. It's great to be able to go to BestBuy and buy these.

Works well and is small enough to stash in any case to bring with you.

This is rad. Great replacement for your original charger after your dogs eats it. Has a USB port on the transformer

My pet rat chewed through my charging cord for my Surface Pro 4. It was tragic. After searching and searching I finally found one on BestBuy. Com that was under 100 dollars. It's actually longer than the one that came with my Surface. It has the extra USB port, too.

My dog chewed up the one it came with so I had to get a new one. It works great.

The replacement charger from Microsoft is NEARLY the identical charger that came with my Surface Pro 4. The only identifiable difference is the replacement charger has two LED's at the surface connection port end, and my original had one. Other than that, it is identical, and functions perfectly.

Great charger that won't tear up your computer if it is yanked out. Drawback is that you need to know the correct input for your device. If it fits, does not always mean it is the right one.

This charger is great you can charge your tablet and another device in the same time.

This charger is a replacement for the original that was supplied by Microsoft. It does the job but lacks one feature I would prefer: with the original charger there were small Velcro straps to bind the cables - this one has plastic sleeves that cannot easily be reused.

Good charger. Just what I needed. Good quality, but hoped to get it cheaper.

I bought an open-box item to save some money, and it works like a charm. The charger was cheaper than it was at the Microsoft store as well. No issues to date, and it's been a few months. The last charger, which my wife lost was starting to go bad (roughly two years later).

This was the exact power supply that we needed after our dog destroyed our last one.

Use at office to protect office computers and passed with flying colors with storm surge in summer.

Works perfectly! Just like the one that came with the pc originally.
