One day I forgot my charger at home and couldn't charge my Surface Pro at work. I got a 2nd charger so I could have one at home and one at work; that way I can just grab my Surface Pro without having to haul the cord around too. Very convenient addition.

Was looking for a replacement cord for my Surface. The gentleman that helped me find and order the right one had excellent customer service skills. It was ordered quickly, arrived on time and works great.

Original wall charger had worn out and wires were fraying and starting to show. This replacement was priced very well compared to online prices and we were able to get it in store same day. We are very happy with it and no longer have to worry about the cord over heating.

Works well, but so so costly. Wish they had other options

My granddaughter asked about help with her Microsoft Surface Pro 3. She left her Charger somewhere at school and never got it back. We used this one instead. It works just excellent and charge tablet well

This works well and has an extra USB port so you can use or power multiple items at once.

I have to give it five stars. I had my other charger for 5 years and suddenly it stopped working. However I’m starting to believe it is my laptop as this one now sometimes has issues charging my phone.

Great replacement item. Wanted this version because of the magnetic input that keeps it in place.

genuine Microsoft product, but very expensive. would buy again
