It was easy to find someone to help me select the correct charger. Since the charger was for an older computer, I was really glad they had one in stock.

this is my 2nd time getting this cable because the first once got ripped up by dogs and i love it i can charge my watch or phone with the usb attached to it its great!

I already had one but wanted a second one for another location so I would not have to worry about remembering to pack it! It works fine but the price was a shock. Was told compatible ones were not available. Should have researched first!

The power cord works fine with my Surface Pro4. However, I did notice that this cord is slightly shorter than the original.

Got this as a replacement after my original cord got pulled into the vacuum. It has been an excellent replacement!

Good charger. It falls out of computer easily but not a huge deal.

It the charger for the surface computer so it works as it should just don’t know how I lost the cord.

I left my Surface charger behind when traveling, so I was bummed to have to buy a replacement. I was happily surprised to find the replacement charger allowed me to charge my Surface and phone at the same time. Works great.

Great charger for my computer I hope it don’t overheat like the last one from Microsoft

Not much to say here other than that this AC adapter does the trick for my Surface Laptop 2. Nice materials and finish make it pretty attractive for an AC adapter.

This power supply does actually supply power to my surface, so I have no complaints. However, I had to drive to multiple Best Buys to find a store that carried on in stock. Found that to be a bit ridiculous.

Purchased this for my grand daughter. Her's wasn't reliable and se frequently used mine when it wasn't working. We have the same computers. I think the cord design is weak. My charger has started shorting out as well.

I would always recommend buying the Factory Original Model of anything having to do with the power source for electronics and I'm even more convinced here. I needed this part because I travel so much and it works perfectly.

Best Buy happily had this in stock which was very important to me as the old charger stopped working suddenly and surface pro is used for taking notes in school

Needed an extra charger because I would leave mine at the office. There are cheaper 3rd party versions but wanted to get the MS branded one in case something went wrong with my lap top due to the accessory

My original charger unit would not operate any longer. I had to buy a new one. I went on line and ordered it for pick up from my local store. As quick as that the order was ready to go and the unit works great!

I appreciated the new usb port that wasn't on my original charger.
