    Best Buy happily had this in stock which was very important to me as the old charger stopped working suddenly and surface pro is used for taking notes in school

    Purchased this for my grand daughter. Her's wasn't reliable and se frequently used mine when it wasn't working. We have the same computers. I think the cord design is weak. My charger has started shorting out as well.

    This is my third power supply for this laptop In a year. Apparently the one that came with it wasn’t powerful enough, and I bought the second one the same as the first. Hopefully I won’t need to buy another one Since I finally have the proper one.

    The power cord works fine with my Surface Pro4. However, I did notice that this cord is slightly shorter than the original.

    Needed an extra charger because I would leave mine at the office. There are cheaper 3rd party versions but wanted to get the MS branded one in case something went wrong with my lap top due to the accessory

    My track pad does not work well with a generic charger, but it does with a name-brand Microsoft charger. I just wish that they had the higher wattage model available.

    I love my puppy but I don’t love his teeth. He saw my cord and he couldn’t avoid the temptation to chew the cord up. I replaced it and this one worked the same as the old one. So far no problems.
