Pretty good charger for my microsoft laptop computer. I had bought a few of these bc the power surging from the computer battery kept wiping them out. The battery bulge was sketchy so I finally got another MS Laptop. The cord worked great after that. I like the magnet that keeps the plug in place. Good little pricey charger.

I was traveling and I left my power cord at home. I located a Best Buy went in asked a staff member they walked me directly to where the item was located. I was in and out in just 10 minutes

I am writing this because most sales people do not know that the Surface Pro 3, Surface Pro 4 and Surface Pro 5 all use the same power cable.

Needed a new wall charger for my Surface Pro. This was in stock, easy to find in the store, and was exactly what I needed. Well built and perfect. Good price.

It's a nice laptop charger. I like the magnetic charger for the surface line. It also had a USB port on the charging block so you can charge your phone, for example, with it as well!

Works like it's intended. No concerns with connectivity to the surface.

Let's see. A power cord is pretty much just an object. I will say it's smaller and lighter than my HP laptop monster, but still enough of a pain to lug around that I bought several to keep in various locations.

Good product, my cat always chews through my wires unfortunately so i do have to purchase this quite often, but that is not Microsoft’s fault

This charger gets the job done. No frills and nothing too fancy and it keeps the power flowing to my Surface Book.

I'm so happy Best Buy has these!! My dog chewed two of them and I no longer have to order from Microsoft! It is not a universal it it the real deal.

Lost my power cable traveling and since you have to buy this because of its specific and proprietary design, just be aware there are two types and get the one needed for your specific laptop. It works perfectly as it should!

I was thrilled Best Buy had this in stock. I was 300 miles from home on business and had forgotten my power adapter. but it would have been easier to find one if the Surface used a standard power adapter.
