Expensive, but needed to charge my laptop. Surface Pro uses a very different kind of connection that can burn if not used properly.

This wall charger works as it should. I plugged it into a wall outlet and then connected it to my computer and bam- my surface pro was charging. Perfect.

Disappointed that the original failed, no reason for it to have. On the positive side, the new one has a longer power cord, which I appreciate

I have purchased 4 chargers for my microsoft pro. most recently I purchased one from store on 6/21/2021 . It noticed it stopped working 9/18/2021. the microsoft pro is excellent but these chargers are awful and cost 76 bucks a pop not to mention the interruption in my ability to work.!!! what is the issue?

Only reason I had to buy a new is that my cat has an issue and enjoys biting cords. This one seems like it could be cheaper. But, it is very costly.

It's great to have a spare power supply around. I travel to 2 locations and keeping a power supply at each location makes life easier.

This is something you have to buy anyways as you wear and tear the one it comes with.

You should definitely buy this charger if you need power relayed from the outlet to your laptop. Impressive amount of power delivered.

I wish they didn't use a proprietary charger as this is the third one I've bought as I travel often and have a habit of leaving the charger at home.

Compared to the older versions, this product look more durable. Best Buy pricing better the Microsoft direct.
