This is my 3rd charger. Not because of any problems, my dog just likes to chew on everything. It works great. Charges quickly. Lightweight and sturdy.

Works as described, Do not waste money on non-oem charger. You always get what you pay for!

My tablet was not charging using the fast charge cable so I purchased this one. Not sure if a fluke or not, but it worked after a few minutes of charge. Not happy about the price since I already had to replace the charger for this MS Surface pro but it was a necessary purchase.

The charger goes out too quickly Bought 3 in 3 years.

I was thinking of buying the more generic brand with the same features (65 Watts/15Volts/4Amps)--don't know how 15X4=65, but the point is that I was ready to order an exact knockoff until I read those reviews. Not buying the original Microsoft charger puts you at risk of destroying the 2in1. The extra expense of the Microsoft brand is your insurance instead of risking destroying your computer. This one works great, charges fast. Recommendation is to let it go below 1/2 charge at least once/month and don't keep it always plugged in.

Works like the original also had a USB port to charge other devices

The power supply does the job as well as the one it is replacing. However--the Best Buy price for the power supply was way too high--about 1/3 of the cost of the computer that it is servicing! Thankfully--my employer is covering the cost of the power supply--so it's not coming out of my pocket. In any case--while expensive--the power supply does the job that it was designed to do.

I was happy all I needed was a new charger. This is the 2nd charger I have had to purchase since I bought my Surface-but worth it.

The product works well and charges my Surface Pro at a reasonable pace and has a good length for its cord. However, this is my third charger. I use my Surface Pro for work, so I use my charger everyday. Their lifespan is one to two years which is shorter than I would like as it costs a good chunk to keep buying one.

Great spare charger for your Surface Book, Pro 4, or Pro 3 (doesn't work for Pro 1, Pro 2, or the regular Surface 1/2/3). Great quality and charges exactly how you would expect. The best thing about this charger is the extra powered USB port on the unit. It comes in handy when I travel and allows me to skip bringing other USB power bricks. I just charge my other devices directly off this. It wasn't required, but it's just a little thing that makes my life more convenient and shows that someone's thinking of ways to make simple things like this more helpful.

Purchased as an airline friendly power adapter for my Laptop Studio 2. The higher wattage of the adapter that comes with the LS2 overloads most airline plugs.

Great replacement for my lost charger. I was traveling and realized I lost my charger. I was able to order one. Pickup was very smooth and easy.

It works! I'm glad I could actually GO INSIDE the store to buy what i needed instead of risking buying something from Amazon and it not working. It was a bit pricey but hey, I didn't need to buy a new laptop...

I purchased this charger because it is the direct one that came with the surface laptop to begin with. It works very well and charges so quick. I did upgrade a little so it would though. Great buy! Thank you Microsoft and Best Buy!

Charger works perfect. I bought this charger to replace one that I received from my company that was not working; the one not working was because they had sent me the wrong charger. The sales rep at Best Buy directed me to purchase a different charger than I had received, which was exactly what I needed. No problems with charging, it charges quickly and the battery lasts long after being charged.

My original MS Surface charger was left behind after one end of week work travel trip. Shipping the original charger was going to take longer to arrive than the Surface had battery charge left. I purchased an open-box charger as the interim and future back-up/travel charger, but you would never know that the box had been opened! Just like new! Works beautifully. Works so well that the open-box is now my work station/permanent charger and when the original arrived, it is now the travel/back-up charger.
