Charges quickly but is expensive. Cost at Best Buy is consistent with other locations but it was more convenient to buy here than having to go to the MS Store.

Purchased to replace the cord I left at home, and now it travels with me everywhere. Compact and light. Priced higher than expected but I am really glad Best Buy carries this item.

Called the store to make sure they had the item before driving over. They had the item ready for me when I arrived. In and out in 10 minutes. Great service and very efficient.

It works well when its plugged it, as a laptop charger should. It's very easy to plug in and the magnet is nice as I don't have to worry about the wire getting caught on anything. However, the magnet could be a little stronger. It really unplugs from the laptop a little too easy. I have to be cautious when holding my laptop when it's charging, or the charger will just disconnect from the laptop.

A little on the expensive side but a life saver and works well with my Surface Pro 4.

Great charger since you can also charge your cell phone or Bluetooth headphones etc at the same time but con price is too high for this

The product worked just fine and as it was intended. Unfortunately the price is way to high for it but, at least you know you are getting a quality product so it is worth the money!

This charger is very well made, but expensive. It is part of the right pieces for this surface pro.

Simple but important purchase for my Microsoft Surface Pro. Power supply was in stock and priced reasonably. The most important part of the purchase was the Geek Squad's assistance in determining that the power supply needed replacing. Excellent service!

My original Microsoft Surface Pro 6 charger stopped working, and I needed a replacement asap. No time to wait for an online order. Thankfully, a nearby Best Buy had one available. It works well and charges faster than the original.

The replacement will do the job because it's a Microsoft product.

You can find similar chargers on other platforms, but nothing compares to the original. My computer charges faster and stays powered for longer, and it's the best price overall too.

The original charger for my wife's Surface 4 was defective and then missing so after looking all over for it it was much easier just to purchase a new one. This charger seems more compact and the plug fits perfectly into the Surface 4's charging port. It would be nice to have some sort of indicator light to show that charging is complete without having to open up the Surface. I know it sounds a bit lazy on my end but it still would be nice. So glad my wife has a charger again.

This adapter is the right size and shape for the tiny surface pro. The attention to detail an OEM gives vs a fake product is rarely appreciated unless you are the purchaser of a knock-off or have your product damaged by using a fake product.

This is a fast and nimble product. Its small size makes it easy to store and carry in my back when I have to travel. It charges fast. The only drawback is that it unhooks easy and results difficult to insert into the laptop.

Works as it should. Only complaint about these type of charging cables is how easily they fall or get pulled out of the port on the Surface. It’s not a defect but rather a design flaw IMO. But charging is efficient and it’s nice that it’s magnetic making it easier to align and plug into the tablet especially in low light.
