    The only drawback to purchasing Microsoft Surface laptop is the charger. This is the second charger i bought as a replacement. This should not be happening to a quality laptop from a very reputable company. This has been so far the only draw back on a very highly rated purchase.

    For as poor quality and bad customer service Microsoft has with its surface book, the charger is actually pretty nice.
