The surface book dock is bulky. Traveling recently and need portability. The Best Buy rep had the wall charger picked out and I checked out within my lunch hour. Great service! Highly recommend.

The product included both pieces for the Surface Pro I needed. With all of th he stores closed due to Covid-19, we used curbside pick up. It was convenient and I was able to get what I needed, just as if I went into the store.

Although it is a bit more expensive, this charger works very effectively. I like the way it attaches to the laptop for charging

So far it has been doing a good job. It has given any issues and it works perfectly with my tablet.

My daughter and I both have Surface Pro's. She broke her cord so she took mine. I haven't been able to use mine without being able to charge. I'm delighted that I now have a new cord and can use my Surface Pro again. Works great.

It's a great product! It's charging properly and has not failed so far

Previous power cord frayed right where the magnetic "plug" ties in to the cord. It's a bad design. To prevent this on the new one, I wrapped electrical tape around the connection area.

This is a exact replacement for the original charger that comes with the Surface Pro computers. It was purchased as a spare to keep at our office. It works with Surface Pro 3,4,6 & 7 computers on our network.
