I was traveling and left my charger at home so I went to Best Buy and they had it in stock (a life saver). The new charger works perfectly and seems to be a sturdier than the original.

Went in the store with no clue where to find the right charger for my surface pro 3 and the associate that helped me knew exactly what I was talking about. It also charges my phone which is super handy

This is the exact OEM replacement for the original wall charger and as such it should be exactly what you're expecting. I bought this as a replacement, but would also be handy to have more than one charger.

Wanted an extra so I could leave one plugged in at home and have one in the backpack with the computer. Plug it in, the Surface recharges. Kinda seems like a no-brainer. Need one? Buy one.

I have a pro surface 3 that’s 6 years old. It would not change. Now I can keep up with my work. I am so happy that it’s fixed.

The product does what it's supposed to do, which is charge my somewhat old Surface. It's a 4 star rating because this shouldn't cost as much as it does.

Great charger. Charges computer very quickly. Only down side is after a while it begins to overheat.

Product as ordered. My docking station power cord died so this was a good replacement until one of those is back in stock.

Excellent Customer Service from Staff on Sales Floor (one of the front door greeters). My Sales Associate rocked from the start during this second visit on the same day. Earlier in the day, Geek Squad did not understand what type of power supply was needed and determined it was a power port issue. Which led me on a repair goose chase to other repair places. Turned out it was indeed just the charger/power supply; no repair was needed.
