Purchased this because my dog chewed on the one provided with my Surface Pro. I was bummed, but ordered this and it shipped quickly. Works great!

This product does what it needs to; I had to buy a replacement for mine, since it wore out after a year (right by the intersection of the adapter box and the cable). Generally too expensive, but gets the job done.

I bought this because I realized that I had forgotten my charger while on a business trip. Thankfully, my surface pro 4 had enough stamina to last most of my first day on the road so I zipped over to the local Best Buy to pick up a spare. While not cheap, this charger has good build quality and it's about the only option Microsoft gives you. One of my favorite features of this power adapter is the USB charger that's built into the adapter brick. I love being able to charge my iPhone without an additional adapter or robbing precious USB real estate from my Surface.

I was pleased with the online ordering process and in-store pick up. It was convenient, and the product came fully packaged and functioning.

The cord for the Surface is fine. But it costs a lot of money.

This is exactly what we needed for my daughters surface. The charger is flimsy. It's a Microsoft design flaw.

My cord died and and it was taking too long to get a replacement from the company. I was able to start using my Surface again. I was HAPPY!

Weak magnet. Falls out easily. Any tension on the cord, even just its own weight will cause it to disconnect.

Functional. Over priced but by no fault of Best Buy.

It's a plug, it works as it should and hasn't exploded or started a fire. But pricey and should be included as part of protection plan u buy. Also, wish they had off brand adapters that were less expensive

I love it. I bought it because my dog broke the one I had. It's easy to use when I'm in bed. The magnet it's very strong and it won't fall when I move it.

Decent charger, although it heats up when used for a long time
