    The help was very knowledgeable. The product works great. The only thing is the end of the cord that connects to the surface has a tendency to twist over time and stop working.

    Bought because surface laptop 2 not always charging. However with this $100 charger I still have the same problem so it must be the 3 yr old $1300 laptop that has a problem. I can tell this has a more magnetic draw then the original charger had to stay in place.
