    I was assisted to find this on the shelf at Best Buy when my 2014 Microsoft Surface broke as it slipped onto the floor! Best Buy has it all as the customer service was excellent!

    When the puppy chews the cable and the Surface Pro can't charge, you have to make the choice between OEM and aftermarket chargers. My past forays into the aftermarket for chargers have all been unsatisfactory, so I forked out for the real thing this time. Obviously, it works great with the Surface Pro, but Microsoft has kept the same cable that is prone to developing permanent twists (then breaking). Fix that, and it would be a 5 star product.
