I needed this product and Best Buy was the only store that had it, great job!!

Works as stated, no heat problems, not separated from base of plug

I purchased this as a replacement for an older power supply that finally died. I walked into Best Buy and staff helped me find the correct unit right away. Unit powered up right away and is working great!

Works better than the stock charger (charges faster and I feel the battery also lasts longer than when charging with the stock charger).

This is my third charger I had to replace. I always seem to forget it on vacations or working at remote cities. Charges pretty fast Im happy with it. Hope this is the last one I have to buy in a long time lol

I purchased this as a travel charger so I would not have to disconnect the one that came with my surface. No problems same as original charging cord. I had a hard time finding one at other stores, glad I was able to find it at Best Buy and at a fair price compared to what I found online. Be careful some of the ones online only included part of the charger (it comes in two parts).

Perfect factory replacement but of higher output so battery charges faster. Now just to keep the cord away from the puppy. LoL
