Out of the box I plugged it in and it worked exactly the way I expected it

This was an 'open box' product, but still new, and the cost was almost half the regular price. I was a very happy customer!

Works great ! Definitely would recommend . I’m not sure they carry these in store. I got lucky and found open box , tried it and it works great. If they don’t happen to have them in store , Microsoft will have them. Very satisfied and the staff are always helpful and friendly.

After 3 years, my wall charger for my Microsoft surface laptop wouldn't work. I purchased a replacement at Best Buy. It didn't work and I had to schedule for Geek Squad to look at the laptop. Turns out, Best Buy sold me a bad charger. I was given another replacement charger and my problem was solved!

This charger is fantastic. It charges my surface very fast and is compact.

Works perfect with my Surface Pro 4 it is a perfect match to the one I lost.

I bought a surface computer 2 years ago, and have had to replace the cord 3 times now. When working, the cord is wonderful. But, the cords burn up like crazy. I thought it was my computer, but the guy at Geek Squad told me that these cords are just notorious for burning up quickly and having to be replaced. If this is the case, the price needs to be lowered significantly. I love the computer, but am very irritated by the fact that I have to keep buying a new cord in order to use it.
