    Works great, in store staff were not very knowledgeable on the item. I was looking for a replacement and they didn't have the exact model model. One person tried to say the charger would blow my laptop over time, yet the package clearly stated it was for a surface laptop. Looked online and found that it would work with no issues.

    Unexpectedly the wire on the charger for my Surface Pro broke while I was in the middle of a project. Hurried out to my local Best Buy, they had a replacement, within 20 minutes I was back up and working. I would give this charger 5 stars if they had beefed up the weak points of the cords. I'm sure down the road I'll be making another trip to the store to get another charger for the same reason.

    It's a replacement for the Surface Pro 3/4 charger cable. It works as expected, I got a good deal on an open box. It would be nice if these weren't still full price, 6 or 7 year old laptop and they still charge full price ridiculous.
