So this purchase was a necessity, not a want... because I had no choice. The item is poorly designed, so that use of the plug, while you are using the computer, makes it susceptible to breakage. They really need to improve the design.

Everyone needs a backup power cord. Make your travels easier!

Great replacement adapter but like the others, tends to get a short in the cord, so frequently need to move the cord around at the base.

My granddaughter asked about help with her Microsoft Surface Pro 3. She left her Charger somewhere at school and never got it back. We used this one instead. It works just excellent and charge tablet well

this was an additional power supply and well wreath having when on the road.

One day I forgot my charger at home and couldn't charge my Surface Pro at work. I got a 2nd charger so I could have one at home and one at work; that way I can just grab my Surface Pro without having to haul the cord around too. Very convenient addition.

If you need a replacement. I would highly recommend the actual brand, Microsoft.

This item works fine, is sturdy and has stable connection.

I have to give it five stars. I had my other charger for 5 years and suddenly it stopped working. However I’m starting to believe it is my laptop as this one now sometimes has issues charging my phone.

Works great, I got it as a backup charger for my surfacepro

Original wall charger had worn out and wires were fraying and starting to show. This replacement was priced very well compared to online prices and we were able to get it in store same day. We are very happy with it and no longer have to worry about the cord over heating.
