Thank you Best Buy for providing me with recall info on my Surface Pro 3. This part replacement is to prevent a potential fire. I’ve been lucky so far thank goodness! Now that I have the new part I feel so relaxed and no longer worry. Thanks again Best Buy!

So this purchase was a necessity, not a want... because I had no choice. The item is poorly designed, so that use of the plug, while you are using the computer, makes it susceptible to breakage. They really need to improve the design.

One day I forgot my charger at home and couldn't charge my Surface Pro at work. I got a 2nd charger so I could have one at home and one at work; that way I can just grab my Surface Pro without having to haul the cord around too. Very convenient addition.

I bought one of these on a well-known web site. It lasted 6 months. This one work so well. Got it so quick as well.

Original wall charger had worn out and wires were fraying and starting to show. This replacement was priced very well compared to online prices and we were able to get it in store same day. We are very happy with it and no longer have to worry about the cord over heating.
