    This device is fulfilling the expectations I had when, I bought it--to replace an old computer and double as a tablet. The learning curve has been long, but I've got a lot of years on me and some old bad habits that I'm slowly changing..

    it works as it should use a after market charger it failed caused all kinds of problems this harder is a must if your using a Microsoft Surface Book

    While my daughter loves her surface pro, this is the second time in just over 6 months that I've had to replace the power cord. The same section of the cord fails every time, from the plug to the cord connector. Unfortunately, while I have the warranty, I have to get the cord that keeps failing.
