A little hard to review a power cord, but it works as expected. The packaging was nice. I wish it had a way to tie up the cord the way Apple does it for MacBooks.

this has been good for me so far, but I have also received faulty versions of this charger. but that seems to be a problem with Microsoft and not Best Buy

Now to keep this one away from the cat, this time so he doesn’t chew it up. *Last one was unplugged when he chewed it up*

I bought a cheaper model and it dead in under a year. yes this cost more but the original product lasted five year.

I lost the charging cord for my Surface and would not have considered an aftermarket version so bought the original factory real thing. Well worth the price.

Works but seems to take longer to charge than original. Flexible, higher quality feel to the cord than aftermarket.

I recently bought a Windows pro 4 and the charger wasn't working so I bought one at my local bestbuy! I needed it so I'm happy to now bestbuy is always around.

I picked this up because I needed a spare charger. It does the trick and has the extra charger port for a phone.

Left my cord at home when on vacation and needed to recharge Surface Book. Worked great, just too expensive.

Worked like suppose to. Although was hard to find the surface chargers.

I needed a brand charger for my Surface Laptop 2 and since Microsoft stores were closed, this one was readily available.

This charger has had so many issues with the magnetic charge that cause it to sometimes charge and sometimes not. I thought a surface would be a good purchase I could have for a long time, however because of this charging mechanism, mine only lasted 1.5 years before having issues charging.

My charger got chewed up by the dog and I was sure that I could not find one but Best Buy keeps them in stock. Exact replacement. Very happy with it

It works, not sure what else to say. I was a little bummed out to have to replace the original so quickly. I have owned my surface for 1 1/2 years and it stopped working, cord became loose with wires exposed.

The original one that came with my surface stopped working and this replacement one works perfect!! Best Buy delivered it within the timeframe listed and I saved my time not having to drive to get this purchase done!
