This is a fast and nimble product. Its small size makes it easy to store and carry in my back when I have to travel. It charges fast. The only drawback is that it unhooks easy and results difficult to insert into the laptop.

it works! it's expensive, but worth it to not have to play games with offbrand chargers.

This is an Very durable charger. The length is also great.

It works well when its plugged it, as a laptop charger should. It's very easy to plug in and the magnet is nice as I don't have to worry about the wire getting caught on anything. However, the magnet could be a little stronger. It really unplugs from the laptop a little too easy. I have to be cautious when holding my laptop when it's charging, or the charger will just disconnect from the laptop.

Great replacement for my lost charger. I was traveling and realized I lost my charger. I was able to order one. Pickup was very smooth and easy.

Purchased the wall charger because my original failed. This one is a bit longer and works as expected.

Works great. Customers need to be aware not to wrap cord around box unit, as wires can break. Price was higher than some other retailers.

I like the magnetic charger (similar to the MacBook one) and its pretty portable but i think Microsoft is overcharging as it's just a simple charger for a tablet.

I had a mishap and my laptop cord was damaged. I did not know if the computer was damaged too. Geek Squad checked and I just needed a cord. And happily it was in the store so I purchased and went home and charged my laptop!!

Called the store to make sure they had the item before driving over. They had the item ready for me when I arrived. In and out in 10 minutes. Great service and very efficient.

My kid lost the charger that came with the Surface at school so we needed a replacement. This works perfectly. We were worried we’d have to order it from Microsoft. It’s nice to be able to be able to swing by Best Buy and get the manufacturer replacement instead of waiting weeks for delivery- even if it is a little pricey.

I was so pleased with the help from the Geek Squad in fixing a computer a local computer store here in Spokane said was in fixable. All it took was a new Microsoft charger. Works great!

I needed this charger because my old one died on me after 3 years. I don’t give these chargers 5 starts because it’s weird that they just stop working without any trauma. I always keep my charger in a case when not in use. I also do not appreciate the charger being almost $100. Chargers used to be like $20 and lasted much longer for my old laptops.
