These things are so overpriced but what are you gonna do. Works well!

I needed this charger because my old one died on me after 3 years. I don’t give these chargers 5 starts because it’s weird that they just stop working without any trauma. I always keep my charger in a case when not in use. I also do not appreciate the charger being almost $100. Chargers used to be like $20 and lasted much longer for my old laptops.

This is the product I needed when I left my spare home while on a trip to Chicago. The bad part is that when I attempted to order this product via phone, I was sold another universal product that was incorrect. When I got to the store to pick up the one I paid for, I had to exchange it for the correct one. The phone rep was not very knowledgeable even when I told her I needed it for a Microsoft surface laptop. Thank goodness I went directly to the store and did not use a delivery service, I would have been highly upset. I gave this a 5 star rating because the product worked as it was designed to work.

This charger is a bit expensive compared to non-OEM but the quality is excellent.

Dog decided the original charger cable tasted pretty good so had to buy a new one. Works as expected for what you are buying. Months on there has not been a single issue with it.

My kid lost the charger that came with the Surface at school so we needed a replacement. This works perfectly. We were worried we’d have to order it from Microsoft. It’s nice to be able to be able to swing by Best Buy and get the manufacturer replacement instead of waiting weeks for delivery- even if it is a little pricey.

Purchased the wall charger because my original failed. This one is a bit longer and works as expected.

I like the magnetic charger (similar to the MacBook one) and its pretty portable but i think Microsoft is overcharging as it's just a simple charger for a tablet.

I have a microsoft surface laptop 2 , charges it just fine although it’s not the same amount of WATTS the surface 2 came originally with 44w this is one is 65w but it still charges it quick

Exactly what I needed since i misplaced my original charger

I needed a new power cord in a hurry when I was traveling and my original cord for my MS Surface Pro 6 failed. A nearby Best Buy had this cord in stock and I was able to pick it up within a couple of hours. It has worked well as a replacement for the original cord. My only complaint is that it's a little pricey.

Laptop charger performs as expected. Price is higher than some dupes that you may find elsewhere online however it shows in terms of durability. Trustworthy, reliable product.

This charger was a blessing!!! It was difficult finding a good charger we misplaced but Best Buy had the perfect charger for our laptop, and since we needed to do online banking, the store had it in stock. Thanks Best Buy!!!

Works as expected with my surface pro! Kindly check your surface pro version to make sure that it is compatible. I got confused at one point because there is another power supply with a higher wattage.
