Power cord struggle

The second one I ordered online and came damaged. I got hassled a little bit at the store when trying to return but they eventually did and I was able to get a working one. As shame because the computer it goes to is great...the power cord sucks.

A Charge Against the Charger

While the speed for a recharge is fantastic, I've already required not 1, but 2 replacements in less than a year. The Geek technician indicated it's a common problem! THAT's a problem!
