The cord at the computer end is not well made.

I needed to repair the cord. Bad quality control or just bad engineering. They cane see it from the store. It does work and came in good time.

Which means that it seems to have the cord bend in interesting ways sometimes from being set up as a tablet or whatnot. And the original is losing connection. I'm glad I can get a new one, but it isn't any better.

Had to be replaced

Hopefully this one will last longer. I will say that service was great and the geek squad person at Madison West Best Buy was fantastic.
