I never shop at Best Buy unless I have to.

This is the third cord for this Surface. They don't last and I take care of my belongings. I asked a manager for a free cord and he simply looked at me and said no. Third cord. Of note, I have purchased 3 Dyson hand vacs and they don't last either. The only reason I bought this cord at the store is because I had no choice. I never shop at the store anymore which I used to enjoy doing Just saying. Additionally, the another Surface that I purchased worked until 2 months after the warranty expired. I had to pay $500.00 for a refurbished one. That lasted one lasted about two months and stopped. See my point?

After tax, this cord was almost $100... who in their ever loving mind thought that was a brilliant idea??? Not Best Buy’s fault and the cord functions properly, but for that price, I should get a $75 gift card along with it... There’s no insignia brand cords offered for this which is depressing.

This is my 3rd replacement charger I’ve had to buy for my surface pro 3. Does its job until it doesn’t. Not too many other choices replace this product so this is as good as it gets.

I couldn't figure out why my laptop wasn't charging. I took my laptop and power supply in to BestBuy and had it looked at by the service desk. They determined the power supply was bad. I bought a new one from them and it works like new.

Pretty pricey for a laptop charger. Maybe as Surface pros get more popular, this will get cheaper but was surprised at the cost.

Charger works great but it's ridiculous they are so expensive just to provide power. It's a plug that cost less than 10$ to make and they charge $100

The removable power cord of my power block was damaged. Best Buy informed me that the cord could not be purchased separately and that I had to buy a new power block. As I needd my computer immediately, I had no choice but to buy a new block. I later discovered that the poser cord in available on-line for $14.

It is a good charger but as time goes by the cable is bent too much and the magnet will be connected a bit uncomfortable for use.

Microsoft has a problem with its chargers for the Surface Pro. There are two in my household and both of them failed. Because they cost near $100, I only bought one. The Surface Pros are only a little over a year old. And 2 chargers fail???? I had to have a charger, so I paid for them. But while this charger works just fine, Microsoft gets a 1 star review for them.

Broke one of the cables inside connector to tablet. The charger works well and the extra USB is very useful, but the cable between charger and tablet twist inside the black plastic cover. Don't know if there are any option/substitute for this charger. For that reason, it is an expensive item. This is the third time for the same tablet. Never had to buy a charger for any other pc I ever owned.

Noticeably slower charge than 102 W version. Neither version lasts very long -- both need to be replaced frequently.

The Surface charger is unique to this product, so you have no choice except to buy it. It overheats which is the only problem.
