Flimsy and overpriced. No USB port like the OEM charger.

You have to keep sliding the charger on the side of laptop to find the slot to put it in to charge. This time consuming. It should be insight and easy to plug in but it’s not.

Is not built to last! Bought one and had to return it the next day because it stopped working, got a replacement and less than 6 months later and the replacement has stopped working.

I bought this as an open box certified excellent by geek squad. My daughter used it on her surface to replace the original charger that had frayed & was sparking. After 2 weeks of using this, her surface said it did not recognize this item & it stopped working!!!! Best Buy did not have any new ones in stock. And does not know if or when they will get anymore.

These need to be replaced way to often for a brand name product. We have ~ 15 surfaces and I am replacing their chargers every 12 to 18 months.

So far this is working fine, but the last one lasted about 2 years. Can't think of a reason for them to stop working.

Product works fine, just can’t believe how expensive it was.

Had to replace cord on computer I have had for about 1 1/2 years. Cords should last longer but this one had wires exposed at the connection to computer. Hope this cord lasts longer.

I have had to replace my charger cord at least three times. It charges but only lasts so long.

Had to replace previous one because first one failed after about a year. Unfortunately not other good options.

Paid 90 dollars, intermittent at best. Worst product i have ever bought. I bought a similar one online, and hopefully it will last longer than 2 months

I seem to go through these surface chargers frequently. they work, until they don't. ok quality.

My original charger just stopped functioning. This is a great replacement at reasonable price.

The USB port is good, but it was frustrating having to get a new power plug after less than a year. It would be better if the cable was a foot or two longer as well.

I LOVE SURFACE PRODUCTS AND IT WILL NOT PREVENT ME FROM BUYING IN FUTURE , BUT THIS ONE WAS A FLOP. IT DID NOT LAST THE WEEKEND. BY HIGHER WATTAGES.

Lasted just over a year was a replacement for a 2 year old P/S that came with my surface pro 6

Just purchased 8/9 and it stopped working in less than a month! Best Buy says I can no longer exchange it for a working product.

I like the charger but I don’t think it’s giving as much battery as it should. It’s slow.

the plug is fine- it worked as it should. I don't understand why the one that came with the device failed. and I had to buy the SAME ONE from the manufacture. But it does work does what I paid for
