I ordered this online for pickup because I needed to use my time wisely. The store I used for pickup was quite busy, but there were helpful employees whom came from the floor to the pickup counter and were able to get me processed very quickly. Even the Apple tech (not technically a Best Buy employee) ran to get me a bag to put my product in as the pickup counter didn't have any.

Expensive Cord, Works Well Until It Doesn’t

Of course my brand new $94 cord works, but I needed a new one only because there is a flaw in the design where the thin cord that comes out of the middle charging box is the weak spot and bends repeatedly over time. I had to buy special cord spirals that give the cords extra support. The magnet feature that slips into the charging slot on the tablet is cool, but one has to be very careful about bending that as well.
