Bestbuy, You saved my work day!!! Thank you for having this charger on hand!!!

In all honesty this is not a review of the product but of Best Buy and FedEx. My package sat at a FedEx location for 5 days then was dumped at a USPS location where it seems to be bouncing around. Through Best Buy, FedEx keeps sending updates that the package may be delayed, day after day. Note that the item originated within shipping and delivery state and need only move around 30 miles from location to location. I hope to be able to update this review later when/if the package is finally delivered. I can't feature the product itself could get less than 5 stars though.

This was a secondary power supply that I carry with me. It works exactly as the one that came with the Surface Pro 4

I bought this as a replacement charger as my original stopped working. It works great as advertised.

This has nothing to do with Best Buy, but I had to order this because the one that came with my Surface Pro fell apart. I love my Surface, but they accessories (keyboards & chargers) do not last! This is the 4th charger I have had to order for different Surfaces.

This is a average charger. The magnetic tab easily disconnects too much which means your tablet doesn't charge.

Her's broke so I got her a new one even though it!

The connecting plug is a little loose so I have to keep making sure its plugged.

Purchased a secondary power supply since the one that came with the SurfacePro has started to fall apart. I'm not thrilled with how quickly that has happened - these are portable and therefore the power supply must be durable enough to be portable as well. But this way, one power supply is left at home and the new one is left at work, so theoretically both will last longer.

The charger buzzes when plugged in. I have a feeling it won't last a year.

This is my third time buying the wall charger. My Microsoft Surface Pro out lasted the last two chargers. I'm not sure why this is happening. I'm annoyed, lol.

Does not work all the time. Have to play with the charger multiple times for it to work

I purchased this charger in December and it has already broken- going to attempt to get it replaced but who knows if it'll be accepted under the holiday return period.
