Works perfectly. Was so happy to be able to go in and get the best customer service knowing I had the right product when I left the store was priceless.

I use it to transfer the laptop from one room to another without needing to transfer the power supply as well. It works well for that.

Got as backup and love how the charger to computer is magnetic and easy to plug in but pull out because when kids inevitably trip or pull on it, the computer doesn't follow.

Agree with so many others that while this replacement charger is great, shame on Microsoft for making such a poor charging product in the first place that it has to be replaced so soon after purchase of their laptop!!

I have owned a surface pro laptop for almost three years now and have gone through at least ten chargers. Doesn't matter if you buy the NINETY DOLLAR factory made or $20 Amazon one. They all will break. I love my laptop but if Best Buy would have told me that this charger is $90 and they are KNOWN to break and overheat I never would have gotten it. Even if they do break, Best Buy doesn't care and won't help you and neither does Microsoft. At this point, I have paid so much for chargers I would have had enough to buy a new one - but I can't now :) learn from my mistake and DO NOT BUY THIS OR THE LAPTOP!!!!!!!!!!

Good charger, long enough to charge while I use the surface pro and easy to travel with. I’m able to disconnect and fold it and place it in my bag easily m.

I got this as a replacement for my surface 2 charger that recently broke. It works well and charges pretty quickly, so it’s a pretty good value for the price.

This charger works great and quickly for my Microsoft Surface Laptop. My laptop came with a 44 W charger so I was nervous about purchasing a different W. This 65 W works fine without an issues.
